記得我上個星期六去o左打保齡球, 原來賽後, 除了獎金, 獎品外仲有0野0既...說不出話來, 亦未能說出事實. 承擔不必要責任, 心感極度無奈. 再一次心死 & 失望.

甚麼責任?
一份工都只不過係一份工o者,唔駛太上心。
Long story short, my manager said that I should take responsibility of a delay response to a guest complain just because she made a wrong instruction and delayed the whole process.
In addition, how can I take responsiblity when I was not even on shift when the complain happened.
She claimed that since I didn't take action to assist the guest (I worked the morning shift and left early to competed in the bowling event), I cannot proof to my boss that I can work independently!
Then, later when I reminded her that I was now on shift, she then said we both learn a lesson that in the future, action should be taken earlier! (sigh~ she was the one who decieded to call the guest back 4 days later after the guest complain since she has a business trip to go away!)
What can I do? Dis-obey her decision and call the guest? What position am I in to call? What am I empowered to offer?
Oh Well, she is the manager! She can do whatever she wants!
Think you should ask her whether you are allowed to follow up with the guest yourself and cc her on the correspondance next time when she is away.
Yes, I know! With her, I have to play the game carefully now! Cuz, this is not the first time she tried to push responsibility to me!
